Food Handling License B is designed for employees engaged in the preparation and handling of high risk open food (e.g. Fresh Cream, Custard, Meat, Poultry, Sausages, Eggs, Rice, Fish, Cheese, Milk, Shellfish.) as well as owners, managers and supervisory staff. The aim of this course is to give the food handler an in-depth knowledge of the food hygiene principles.

A FREE Optional Module for employees aiming to work in Slaughterhouses is included in this course.

The price includes course tuition, ebook, notes, and examination. Students who successfully complete the course and examination will receive a certificate and an authorised Malta Food Safety Commission License.
