The founder of Q² Consult, Jean Pierre Sant, has a vast and unique experience working with several major local and foreign food businesses in various industries. He studied at Plymouth University, graduating in HND (Fisheries Sciences) and has a Professional Diploma in Management at Leicester University. Moreover, he has done an advanced HACCP course and a HACCP auditing course with Campden BRI, Grundtvig Microbiology for Non-microbiologists, and a Food Safety and Sanitation Course with the American Institute of Baking (AIB).
Q² Consult is also an approved training entity with the Maltese Food Safety Commission and a recognised member of the Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH) in the UK. Our experience includes British Retail Consortium (BRC) Food Safety Standard (Version 7), YUM! Brands Quality Standard and Burger King Supplier Quality Standard.
