Q² Consult was set up in 2014 to offer businesses in the food industry across Malta and Gozo a professional service, a flexible and tailor made solution to achieve Food Safety and Quality Standards. Our approach allows us to provide businesses with real-time support.
The founder of Q² Consult, Jean Pierre Sant, has a vast and unique experience working with several major local and foreign food businesses in various industries. He studied at Plymouth University, graduating in HND (Fisheries Sciences) and has a Professional Diploma in Management at Leicester University. Moreover, he has done an advanced HACCP course and a HACCP auditing course with Campden BRI, Grundtvig Microbiology for Non-microbiologists, and a Food Safety and Sanitation Course with the American Institute of Baking (AIB).
Q² Consult is also an approved training entity with the Maltese Food Safety Commission and a recognised member of the Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH) in the UK. Our experience includes British Retail Consortium (BRC) Food Safety Standard (Version 7), YUM! Brands Quality Standard and Burger King Supplier Quality Standard.
