Founded by Jean Pierre Sant who has worked with several major local & foreign food businesses, providing him with a unique experience in the field, backed by qualifications and further technical training such as FSSC22000 Lead Auditor course, HACCP Auditing course, and Microbiology, Food Safety & Sanitation Course amongst others.
Q² Consult is also an Approved Training entity with the Malta Food Safety Commission and a recognised member of the Royal Society of Public Health in the UK. Our experience includes FSSC22000 Standard, British Retail Consortium (BRC) Food Safety Standard, BRC Food Packaging Materials Standard, YUM! Brands Quality Standard, Burger King Supplier Quality Standard and LIDL Quality requirements.
