Food Handling License A is designed for employees that are strictly not involved in food preparation and handling of high risk open food, such as waiters, bar staff, pot wash staff, cashiers etc. It is also suitable for people who would like to broaden their knowledge about food safety. The aim of this course is to give the food handler a basic knowledge of the food hygiene principles.
The price includes course tuition, notes, and examination. Students who successfully complete the course and examination will receive a certificate and an authorised Malta Food Safety Commission License.
